I need help with straghtning my hair. When i blow dry it it get's all puffy even though i am drying it down all the way to the roots. I am an African American, and i don't understand how to make my hair pin straight on a daily basis, you know besides using a perm. I would really apperciate your help thanks.

well after u get out of the shower put sum mousse in your hair and use a wet-dry hair straightener that usually does the trick.

Well to be honest your hair will never be pin straight it's just not in it's nature to do so. It will fall out before that even begins to happen, maybe if you want that type hair on a regular basis, you could save your hair the trouble and go with a high quality weave...

if ur trying to make it straight forever,there's not much you can do.after u get ur perm,use a straightener and it should be straight for day,maybe even wekks.but u might have to straighten it everyother day.

If you can get a flat iron that would help you a lot. Also a straightening balm or lotion would be great as well.
