Unfortunately, I don't think there is one. I go through the same situation you go through every month or so...it's one of the most stressful things about being a Black Female. The only thing I can think of is to get a few friends and family members to pull out your hair for you.

you really don't have any other option since they are glued in. Have you ever thought of having your hair put in braids and then getting them sewn in? that would be easier to remove.
i wish i had a better solution for you! i took out my extensions a few weeks ago and after i was done i had a HUGE headache! ugh.

I used conditioner, lots of conditioner and they just began sliding out without tearing/pulling my real hair....good luck to you..
