Ok...well I'm african american. My parents wont let me straighten my hair or put in braids or extentions or anything. I'm tired of plaits and cornrows... what should i do with it?

Well i wouldnt do anything with it, because it sounds beautiful to me! :) Try tying it up and putting it into an elegant bun and tie it with a ribbon. it might create a sleek look if you clip back remnant hairs.

Let it sit how it would usually sit lol without plaits or cornrows, I hate my hair as it's very thick, but just tieing it up works fine for me :-) Also... if your hairs always in plaits, your parents wont know that you used a straightener when it's out, Lol :-) I love straightening!!!

Why on earth would you want to straighten your hair? If i had curly hair, i would do all sorts of hairstyles from updos to cornrows....I love curls....do you want to change our hair :)
