My mom's skin color is just like your skin color and her hair hair has reddish tint to it, but I don't think its as red as yours. If you hold it under the light, it looks kind of red.

I don't find it strange at all. What I find strange is that people can be so incredibly rude. Next time someone asks you ask them back if they colour theirs. If they say no then tell them you have never seen that colour outside of a Sherwin Williams paint store.

I don't think it is strange, I think it looks nice. I have a few friends who do die their hair but they do the darker red that is like maroon. I wish I had the skin tone to do that, it is so pretty.
